RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

I. The products received do not suit you and you wish to return them to us?

Even if it saddens us, know that you have 14 days to show up.

You must contact us via our contact form HERE or by email at info@colorisha.com before returning your package, specifying the purpose of your return: withdrawal, exchange, defect...

 

We will send you a withdrawal form to the e-mail address entered in your customer account.

  • The form must be completed, printed and inserted in the package to be returned; no return can be validated without it.
  • The article(s) must imperatively be returned correctly protected, in their original packaging, accompanied by their label and the protective film.
  • No returns will be accepted if the item has been worn and washed. Any non-compliant return (without the withdrawal form) or unsuitable for resale (damaged, damaged, used or soiled by the Customer) will be rejected and Colorisha will be released from all liability.
  • You must return the item(s) by a means of delivery that ensures their protection and preserves their perfect condition. We recommend that you choose to track your shipment.

 

As soon as we receive your return package, we check it as soon as possible.

Once the verification has been validated Colorisha undertakes to reimburse you for all sums paid, excluding postage for the return of returned items.

We undertake to make the refund as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty (30) calendar days following the date of receipt of the return package.

The refund will be made to the bank account or payment account used for payment of the items.

Reimbursement of an order paid for with a gift card/voucher, or a credit note, will be automatically refunded as a credit note.

Any claim made after this 14-day period cannot be accepted and Colorisha will be released from all liability.

II. My item has a quality defect

Despite the greatest care that we take to our customers' orders and despite the quality control that we carry out before each shipment, it may exceptionally be that an item has a quality defect or has been damaged during transport.

 

III. Regarding delivery, if you receive a damaged package and one or more items have been affected :

  • You can refuse delivery
  • Obtain a certificate of damage from the carrier or,
  • Notify any reservations about the products delivered to the carrier and to Colorisha.

For this, it is imperative to issue a reservation upon delivery by detailing the condition of the package on the delivery note (taking a photo of the damaged package is strongly recommended in the event of a dispute with the carrier).

 

  • If you accept and receive the damaged package without expressing any reservations on the carrier's delivery note, Colorisha will be released from all liability and will not compensate for the damaged item(s).

 

 

IV. For all requests for support for quality defects or damaged items :

Photos of the item(s) will be requested and a return form will be sent to the email address entered in your customer account.

 

  • You will need to return the defective Item for a refund of the Item price or an exchange.
  • The form must be completed, printed and inserted in the package to be returned; no return can be validated without it.

 

As soon as we receive your return package, we check it as soon as possible.

In the event of recovery accepted by Colorisha, you will have the choice between reimbursement or replacement of the item with an equivalent item offered by Colorisha.

 

In the event of an exchange, we undertake to send your new item(s) as soon as possible.

In the event of a refund request, we undertake to make the refund as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty (30) calendar days following the date of receipt of the return package. The refund will be made to the bank account or payment account used for payment of the items.

The liability of Colorisha and the guarantee are excluded in the event of a defect resulting from the use of the Article by the Customer and in particular from abnormal use, poor maintenance or non-compliance with the maintenance conditions and precautions for use. communicated or made available to the Customer by Colorisha or the manufacturer of the Article, negligence, fault or breach of the Customer's contractual obligations, unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party unrelated to the contract or force majeure.

 

 

V. My items are not what I ordered:

Despite the greatest care that we take to our customers' orders and despite the quality control that we carry out before each shipment, it may exceptionally be that an error occurs during the preparation of the orders.

 

You must return the non-compliant item to obtain a refund of the order price. In order to proceed with a return and benefit from a refund. You must, imperatively no later than 14 calendar days following the dispatch of the order, contact Colorisha's customer service at the contact details indicated in the paragraph "MY ARTICLE HAS A QUALITY DEFECT" and proceed with the return steps mentioned in this same paragraph.

 

 

VI. Are delivery costs refunded to me in the event of a return?

Delivery costs that may have been charged during shipment are refunded to you if the entire order is returned. On the other hand, if your order contains several articles and you only wish to return part of them, these delivery costs will not be refunded to you.

 

Transport costs related to the return are borne by Colorisha only for quality defects or non-compliance of an article. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the return shipping costs are your responsibility.

 

** Promotional items are not eligible for returns.

*Similarly, several types of products cannot be returned. Goods for intimate or sanitary use. Certain health and personal care products. Underwear and swimsuits. Personalized products, made-to-measure products.
